There is no fixed salary. But you earn as a percentage of the total earnings of HR Central from a successful placement.

  • Understand the job opening in terms of years of experience, educational qualification, roles and responsibilities, target companies, budget
  • Search for relevant profiles through Job Portals and also other sources
  • Talk to potential candidates, informing them about the job opening, and assess his/her attitude, interest, willing to join the new assignment
  • Take down the details of the candidate in terms of years of experience, salary and send the profile to the team leader
  • Arrange for interviews of shortlisted candidates
  • Do reference check if necessary
